Course Description
Schedule:
This module covers three trade products and one rental product very widely used in Islamic banks worldwide. Trade products include Murabaha financing, Salam financing and Istisna’a financing. In a rental based Islamic financial product, you will learn Ijara – an alternative to conventional lease. You will learn the core concepts of all these products and how these are applied in Islamic banks. This module will give you a thorough knowledge of asset side of Islamic banks.

- Concept, basic rules and application of Murabaha financing.
- Concept, conditions and application of Salam financing.
- Concept, basic rules and application of Istisna’a financing.
